A leading restaurant chain wanted to increase revenue through enhanced digital capabilities so they engaged Credera to build a new online ordering user interface for their website, refresh their mobile application, and integrate with a new loyalty provider to enhance their rewards program.

The Solution

Designing a mobile-first online ordering interface.

Credera designed and implemented a highly intuitive, mobile-first online ordering interface within the leading restaurant chain's website, increasing overall site traffic and optimizing key ordering flows​. Credera integrated the new website front-end solution with multiple back-end technologies to streamline customer accounts, perform order fulfillment, and improve menu interaction​.

Additionally, Credera integrated the company's website with a third-party loyalty solution to enable customers to earn points and redeem rewards for orders placed online.

Credera also refreshed the restaurant chain's mobile application to improve online ordering conversion, loyalty capabilities, and app usability.
