Breakfast With The Board
Breakfast with the Board aims to welcome each and every new Crederian to the firm. These breakfasts are an opportunity for new hires to get to know Credera's Board members in a conversational setting.
Diversity & Inclusion Round Tables
Credera Round Tables are focused on having authentic, open conversations about specific diversity and inclusion related topics. These small groups include Crederians from all practices and levels.
Credera Culture Spotlight
Credera increases awareness of the faiths, cultures, backgrounds, and histories that our employees represent. At each office, employees engage others through company-wide events and communication.

What I really like about working here is everyone is open to new ideas and this includes learning about other cultures. We’ve had candle making sessions for Diwali, feasts for Eid and an entire month of events for Black History Month. What makes Credera different is how popular these events are with everyone at every level and how much we genuinely enjoy spending time with each other.

Collaboration at Credera is exceptional. The openness, sharing and support given to individuals creates a really motivational environment, where you are encouraged to improve. Collaboration is key to our network’s success. We want Diversity and Inclusion to be a collective movement, where everyone is part of the solution.

Support for LGBT+ employees from a lot of companies often seems pretty tokenistic, where they put up a rainbow version of their logo for one month and then forget about it for another year. This hasn't been the case at Credera, where we've had active and enthusiastic buy-in from senior leadership from the word go. This has enabled the LGBT+ network to rapidly review and reform company policies to ensure that they are inclusive of everyone, and to build networks with the wider corporate LGBT+ community both locally and in the US. We've also had amazing turn-out from the wider firm for events that we have run, such as in Transgender Awareness week; it makes a huge difference to know that you are working within an engaged community of allies.

In the past few years, we have worked really hard to diversify because we recognise this is key to our success. Our growth strategy is underpinned by building diverse and inclusive teams.
