We’ve had candle making sessions for Diwali, feasts for Eid and an entire month of events for Black History Month. Support for LGBT+ employees from a lot of companies often seems pretty tokenistic, where they put up a rainbow version of their logo for one month and then forget about it for another year. This hasn't been the case at Credera, where we've had active and enthusiastic buy-in from senior leadership from the word go. This has enabled the LGBT+ network to rapidly review and reform company policies to ensure that they are inclusive of everyone, and to build networks with the wider corporate LGBT+ community both locally and in the US. We've also had amazing turn-out from the wider firm for events that we have run, such as in Transgender Awareness week; it makes a huge difference to know that you are working within an engaged community of allies.
