Helen Kilvington is the Chief People Officer in the South. Helen leads the People Function at Credera with responsibilities for Recruitment, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Internal Communications and Events, Diversity and Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Helen joined the firm in 2019 to help grow the business and maintain Credera’s integral people-first culture. Helen has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked in a variety of HR roles in Financial Services and Professional Services, including three years at Deloitte, where as an HR Consultant she worked on major HR and IT transformations in the energy, telecom, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining, Helen was People Director for the Digital and then Central IT divisions for a professional services organisation.

After gaining her Bachelor of Arts in Drama, she quickly realised her passion for people and gained her Master of Arts in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster. Outside of work, Helen’s young family keeps her active and busy. She still has a passion for the theatre and enjoys pilates and outdoor leisure activities with her family.
