Credera is pleased to announce its new capability to provide Cloud Data Management Capability (CDMC) Assessments via its partnership with the EDM Council.
The EDM Council has just announced the launch of its Cloud Data Management Capability (CDMC) Assessment, which is a comprehensive industry-wide framework of data management best practices in cloud, multi-cloud, and hybrid-cloud environments. It provides organisations the ability to assess their current state cloud data management capabilities, identify gaps for remediation, and enables cloud service and technology providers to audit and certify their products.
At Credera, we deliver DCAM assessments from the EDM Council’s DCAM Authorised Partner (DAP) Program. This sees the CDMC as a vital step in supporting its clients’ ventures into cloud.
CDMC combines both cloud and data management capabilities that are deep-rooted in our knowledge and expertise. We have a deep focus on cloud technology and its delivery, backed by a a wealth of experience in data strategy, management, and governance.
Tom Smith, Credera UK Data Practice Lead said, “We are incredibly excited to be one of the first organisations to offer our clients the ability to understand their cloud platform maturity via the CDMC”
As one of the first EDM Council partners to offer this capability, Credera can help organisations to understand the maturity of their cloud programs and advise on how to optimise different cloud environments.
